Booking Policy
Everything you need to know about booking, stays, and cancellation terms.
Minimum Stay
- July and August: minimum 7 nights
- June and September: minimum 4 nights
- April, May, October: minimum 3 nights
- Off-season: contact us for availability
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 15:00 (3:00 PM)
- Check-out: by 11:00 (11:00 AM)
- Early check-in or late check-out possible with advance notice, subject to availability
Booking Process
- Contact us by phone or email with your dates and preferred apartment
- You will receive availability confirmation and pricing details within 24 hours
- Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit
- Full payment is due no later than 30 days before arrival
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund
- Cancellation 14–30 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: no refund
- We recommend travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in euros (€) per night for the entire apartment
- Prices include bed linen and towels, final cleaning, and tax
- Direct bookings always receive the best available rates
- We accept bank transfers and cash
Guest Count
- Each apartment has a maximum capacity that must be respected
- Children count as guests regardless of age
- Pets are not permitted without prior arrangement
